Content is provided as a general description of the company. Capabilities, plant, products and training listed here are those JOSECO has chosen to publish. Absence of a project, a client name, a certificate or a fleet figure means it has not been released, not that you may treat a rumour as a representation by JOSECO.
Photographs may be illustrative of the class of work. They are not a warranty that a particular machine, crew or site is available on a given date.
All regulated blasting and explosives-related activities are undertaken subject to applicable licences, permits, safety requirements and regulatory approvals.
No offer
Pages, quotations requested through a form, and partnership conversations are invitations to treat. A binding engagement exists only when JOSECO and the other party have agreed it in writing, subject to licences, permits, insurance and any conditions stated in that document.
Your use of the site
You must not:

- submit unlawful, defamatory or knowingly false material;
- use automated tools to harvest content or to flood the enquiry or careers forms;

Text, layout, the JOSECO mark and original photography on this site belong to JOSECO Enterprise, Inc. or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with attribution for a legitimate business discussion. You may not copy the site as a template for another company, scrape it for a competing directory, or use the mark without permission.
Submissions
Anything you send through a form (including attachments) may be stored and used to respond to you, as described in the privacy policy. Do not send material you have no right to share. JOSECO does not agree to keep unsolicited ideas confidential except where a separate non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Links to manufacturers, maps, or other organisations are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy notices apply to those destinations. JOSECO is not responsible for their content.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Liberian law, JOSECO is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website copy, from downtime, or from your use of a third-party link. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limitation is not allowed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia. The courts of Liberia have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the website, without prejudice to any exclusive jurisdiction clause in a later services contract.
